To participate in the contest to win £100, in addition to the terms and conditions of the website, you must also follow and abide by the below mentioned terms and conditions:

1.You must be a resident of UK and be at least 18 years of age or above.

2.You must successfully apply for a Payday loan through Chance4finance at www.chance4finance.co.uk. You must ensure that all the details submitted by you at the Chance4finance website are correct and complete in all respects. In order to be eligible to participate in the contest, it is a mandatory condition that a Payday Loan is awarded to you, on your application before the announcement of the Winner of the contest by Chance4Finance

3.You must also refer 5 (Five) of your friends/known persons by providing their names and email Id's. You must take prior consent from person whom you are referring. You must ensure that you have intimated your friends/known persons that they might receive promotional emails from Chance4finance and its group companies, partners, affiliates. In order to be eligible to participate in the contest, you warrant that you have informed the persons you are referring and have their prior consent to submit their information to Chance4finance.

4.It is not necessary that the people you are referring to Chance4finance also apply for any services through Chance4finance. However, it is pre-condition of your eligibility to participate in the contest that the names and email Ids you have referred, match and are correct in all respects. In case of a bounce back of any promotional email sent to these email Ids, you will be disqualified from the contest.

5.You shall indemnify, Chance4finance, its Directors, employees, agents, partners and group companies, from all claims arising out of or relating to, submission of any information including a third party information (names and Email Ids), your failure to take prior consent/ permission from third persons to submit their details on Chance4finance website by you.

6.You may increase your chance for winning, by providing additional information (names and Email IDs) of 4 (four) more friends/ people known to you, from whom you have permission to submit their details, to Chance4finance. For every four people you refer in addition to the minimum requirement of five, you increase your chance of winning by one.

7.The contest will run from 1st Sept 2009 and you can participate in the contest until 23:59 p.m. Of 31 Dec 2009, both days inclusive.

8.Out of the participating and eligible contestants, a single winner would be randomly selected through the computer within three working days from the end date of the contest.

9.The winner of the contest will be notified by email (as provided by him/her) and the winner needs to confirm about the postal address and bank details within 7 working days of the receipt of the email. We will endeavour to pay the prize money to the winner within seven (7) working days of the confirmation of the requisite details, directly into the winner's Bank Account via BACS. You agree that there might be a delay in depositing the winning amount to the winner's Bank account, for reasons beyond the control of Chance4finance. You disclaim all your claims against Chance4finance, relating to delay in payment of contest amount to your Bank account, in case you are a winner.

10.The name and picture of winner will be displayed on Chance4finance's contest page to which winner shall have no objections. No enquiries would be entertained with regard to the selection of the winner for the contest or the name of the winner through email or through other means. You grant the permission to Chance4finance and grant an irrevocable license to show your photograph and other details on the Chance4finance website, after the contest period.
